Storm Thorgerson was born in Potters Bar in 1944. In the 1960's when he joined forces with Audrey Powell to create Hypgnosis, a design studio focusing on creative photography. Hypgnosis created many album covers for the likes of Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, 10CC, Black Sabbath and Genesis.
